A man in the United States has been charged with attempting to use weapons of mass destruction in an attempt to destroy energy facilities.

Gold Ten News on November 5th, local time on November 4th, the U.S. Department of Justice stated that a man in Columbia, Tennessee attempted to drive an unmanned aerial vehicle loaded with explosives into an energy facility, which was thwarted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The U.S. Department of Justice, in a press release, stated that 24-year-old Skylar Phillips was arrested and charged with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction and attempting to destroy an energy facility. If convicted, Skylar Phillips could face life imprisonment.
