Former SEC Chairman: Cryptocurrency Legislation May Be Introduced During Trump Administration

Golden Finance reported that former SEC Chairman Jay Clayton said on Wednesday that the U.S. Congress may pass legislation to regulate Cryptocurrency after Trump takes office. Clayton also said that he supports easing regulatory burdens to encourage companies to go public, signaling a broad change in public policy, which is currently anticipated by the industry, for which they have spent a lot of money to influence this month’s presidential election.
