Hong Kong media: A woman suspected of encountering a Cryptocurrency 'Mining' scam, losing 2 million Hong Kong dollars

Golden Finance reported that a woman suspected that she fell into a Virtual Money scam and lost about 2 million Hong Kong dollars. It is reported that the woman arrived at a Cryptocurrency exchange today to convert Virtual Money into cash using a Secret Key. The exchange discovered abnormalities in the website used by the victim and suspected it was a fake website, so they reported it to the police. The police arrived at the scene to investigate the incident and suspected that the victim paid money to someone without fully understanding the Mining process, resulting in the loss.
