However, as Yoon Seok-yue has been hiding in a villa on the outskirts of Seoul for weeks, it is expected that he will not attend the trial at the Constitutional Court. The next trial will be held on Thursday. The Constitutional Court must decide within 180 days whether to remove Yoon Seok-yue from office or restore his presidential powers. Yoon Seok-yue also faces a criminal investigation for rebellion, as he has ignored the summons to appear for questioning, and the authorities are attempting to arrest him.
