Vine Genesis: Will lock up the VINE held by developers until Vine returns to X platform

BlockBeats News, on January 23rd, Vine co-founder Rus Yusupov announced on the X platform that developer-held VINE Tokens have been locked until April 20th. He also promised to continue locking these tokens until Vine returns to the X platform.
