On February 17th, Jinshi data reported that Slovak Prime Minister Fizo said that EU officials were not authorized to participate in the Paris talks on Monday, which will discuss the role of Europe in the ceasefire protocol in Ukraine. Fizo also said that this discussion is not related to the EU, and their participation has damaged the confidence of the EU. Fizo said in a statement that the issue of Ukrainian troops can only be resolved by the United Nations or through bilateral protocols, ‘This is a topic unrelated to the EU, and should not be commented on.’
