ETH recently broke through highs continuously with a strong trend, but the 4-hour level volume has weakened significantly compared to previous periods, showing a volume-price divergence signal, indicating that bullish momentum is starting to weaken. The market may be entering a phase-top region.

From a structural perspective, there are two possibilities:
First is a simple top, where the short-term forms a secondary high in the 2350-2370 range, constructs an M-top or triangle pattern and then pulls back;
Second is a complex pattern with a terminating wedge formation, after a brief pullback there are two more pushes up, completing the final top in the 2430-2450 region before reversing downward.

Therefore, the current position is not suitable for blindly shorting, as it easily becomes fuel. Short-term attention should focus on the 2350-2370 resistance level. If there is another push higher, observe whether it is accompanied by volume. An up move without volume is mostly likely a bull trap. It is recommended to wait for the top structure to be confirmed before considering short positions, with a wait-and-see approach for now.
