美國上市公司 ETHZilla（股票代號：ETHZ）宣布正式更名為「Forum Markets」、並以「Forum」為營運名稱，象徵公司策略重心正式轉向「實體資產（RWA）代幣化」布局，逐步淡出原先作為「以太幣儲備公司」的定位。消息曝光後，該公司股價周三漲逾 13%，最高來到約 3.91 美元，創近一個月新高。
Forum 官方聲明指出，待那斯達克核准後，公司普通股預計將於 3 月 2 日開盤起，在那斯達克資本市場以新股票代號「FRMM」開始交易。
ETHZilla 前身為表現不佳的生技股 180 Life Sciences，去年成功募資 5.65 億美元、獲得矽谷創投教父 Peter Thiel 投資後，轉型押注以太幣儲備策略，高峰時期一度囤積超過 10 萬枚以太幣。
儘管近期加密貨幣市場回暖、以太幣單日上漲約 12%，重返 2,000 美元整數關卡，但自 ETHZilla 去年 8 月大量買幣以來，以太幣迄今已下跌逾 50%，再加上 Peter Thiel 近期被揭露已出清所有持股，這家曾因「大戶加持」而飆破 100 美元的囤幣股，正經歷一場痛苦的估值修正與路線重整。
為了減輕龐大的可轉債還款壓力，ETHZilla 去年 10 月先是拋售價值 4,000 萬美元的以太幣，隨後又在 12 月出售 7,450 萬美元的以太幣，反映公司開始降低對單一加密貨幣的高度曝險。
邁入 2026 年後，ETHZilla 明顯加速向「實體資產（RWA）代幣化」轉型的腳步。公司本月初斥資 470 萬美元收購了一批包含 95 筆組合式住宅（Manufactured Housing）的貸款組合，未來將透過以太坊 Layer2 網路進行代幣化，目標年化收益率超過 10% 。
不僅如此，ETHZilla 還透過與受美國證交會（SEC）監管的另類交易系統 Liquidity.io 合作，購入了兩具波音 737 客機使用的 CFM56-7B24 飛機引擎進行代幣化。
截至目前，ETHZilla 仍持有 69,802 枚以太幣，價值約 1.45 億美元，為全球第 6 大企業級以太幣持有者。
